In July 2010 26 year old casualty nurse Jane Clough was brutally murdered by her ex partner Jonathan Vass. He was on bail awaiting trial for nine counts of rape and violence against her. They had a young baby girl who was effectively orphaned that night. In this film, her family, friends and work colleagues talk poignantly about Jane’s life, the horror of her death and how they are all fighting to change a system they feel failed a brave young woman.
