Jack Harries - The Stories We Tell ─ Jack Harries

I wanted to share this talk in support of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Last year I did something that terrified me. I stood up in front of a bunch of people at The Do Lectures and talked about depression and the relationship between my mental health and social media. I truly believe that the best way to tackle the stigma around mental health is to talk about it as loudly and boldly as we can.

It's okay to be vulnerable! It's okay to experience a mental illness. One in four adults will experience a mental illness at some point each year in the UK alone.

Please feel free to leave a comment talking about your own experiences with mental health and your thoughts on social media. Let's start a conversation!
