Lily Rice was the first woman in the world to land a 360 flip on a wheelchair, and now she's a wheelchair motocross champion.

When Pembrokeshire teenager Lily Rice became the first person in Britain to land a wheelchair backflip, her life was transformed for ever. The clip went viral, and Lily was invited to be in a pop video and a multimillion-dollar promotion. Lily then became world champion of wheelchair motocross, an extraordinary new sport in which competitors flip, spin and ride their chairs over ramps and obstacles. But when an accident on a ramp causes Lily to have a crisis of confidence, only fellow competitors and her own courage can get her through. Lily is determined to overcome her block and attempt her trademark flip once again.
