It’s Christmas Eve when 14-year-old Chloe’s life is turned upside down. Instead of heading home after school she’s rushed into the hospital’s accident and emergency department after being hit by a van. With a serious injury to her leg it’s not the Christmas she and her family had planned. And on Christmas Day, hopes are dashed for some patients desperate to get home, but there is good news for others. On the quietest day of the year on the ward, the hospital staff work hard to deliver some Christmas cheer to everyone.
